| Student ID Card | ● Introduction ○ Student ID Card conveniently serves as your offical identity in the university that runs a variety of applications and allows you to: Enter library; Make payments at cafeterias, canteens,and affiliated shops on all ZJU campus; ● Password ○ The initial password for your ID card is the last six digits of your student ID number . ● Common Top Up Ways ○ 浙大钉 Ding Talk    ○ In case you lose your student ID card, you can go to make a new one for a fee of 20 RMB in Card Center on each campus. 你也可以到自助机自行补卡。 You could also get a new one from self service machines just like below. | Campus Network | ● Use Method of Campus Network Account ○ Before using the campus Wi-Fi for the first time, you need to activate your campus network account. ○ Visit the Campus Network Self-Service System at myvpn.zju.edu.cn, and click on Activate Account.  ○ Log in on the Unified Identity Authenti-cation page:Username: your student IDInitial password: "zju2025" + the last 4 digits of your passport numberAfter entering your details, click Log In.  ○ Set your network account password. The password must meet the following criteria: at least 8 characters, containing both numbers and letters, and no special symbols. Re-enter the password to confirm, then click the green button Register.  ○ Read the Network Security Agreement, and click Confirm at the bottom right side.  ○ Connect to the Wi-Fi named ZJUWLAN, open any browser, and visit any website. You will be automatically redirected to the network login page (net.zju.edu.cn). Enter your student ID and the password you just set, then click Log In.   ○ Recharge network account on: myvpn.zju.edu.cn ○ The initial internet plan is a monthly package of ¥10. Degree students can enjoy a 30-day free trial starting from the day of activation, while language students have a 15-day free trial. | Medical and Insurance | ● Daily and emergency treatment ○ Zijingang Campus has a university hospital located at 866 Yuhangtang Road, Xihu District, Hangzhou, within the Zhejiang University Zijingang Campus (near East Gate 1). It encompasses departments including Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Otorhinolaryngology (ENT), Stomatology (Dental), and Traditional Chinese Medicine. International students can visit the school hospital for daily illness. If necessary, international students can go to the off-campus hospital for medical treatment.
